Our Promise to You

First of all, we'll work together. I believe you'll find it to be a very satisfying experience to help with your web site through every stage of development. Your input is certainly appreciated, and we will do our very best to implement your ideas. And of course, I'll want to understand your business, your customer, and your needs.

We promise to devote as much time as necessary to produce the web site you want, within an agreed to budget, and to provide you with a finished product in as timely a manner as possible. Generally, you can expect delivery of your web site within a matter of a few weeks.

We promise only those individuals you authorize will be able to view your web site at any time during production. We believe that your web site is not ready for viewing by the general public until you agree it is ready. We will post your web site to a temporary web address, for your viewing at any time (not available to the general public). We understand that as you view your web site during it's production, you'll have additional ideas you'd like to implement. That's OK...we only ask that once we have agreed on a basic layout and design, you agree that any significant changes may incur additional fees.

We promise, that once we have a quoted a production rate for your web site, that is what you'll be billed (except as as described above)...no matter how long it takes to deliver a finished product.

Your Promise to Us

You promise to provide us with all necessary text and images for your web site. We will take responsibility for design and layout, but you must provide us with content. We will edit and/or re-arrange textual content as necessary, but only to the extent of incorporating into the basic design. We may sometimes make changes to grammar or spelling, unless you specifically instruct us otherwise.

You promise that once we have quoted a fee, and that you have agreed to it, you will understand that additional functions, pages, text, other content, etc., above and beyond that which was included in the original proposal, may incur additional fees.

You promise to pay all agreed to fees at the appropriate time.

You promise, as a courtesy, to allow us to place a "Design by WPH" logo on your pages, in an incomspicuous manner, linking to webpageshouston.com. Although not required, this courtesy is greatly appreciated. Color scheme can be configured to more closely match that of your web site. The link will open in a new window. Click the logo.
